Step 1
We welcome you at the end of any of our public worship services to meet with one of our staff members up front. You will be interviewed and asked to attend a class for new members.
Step 2
Attendance at our Maximizing Membership classes is required. See the
homepage for dates and times. Childcare will be provided if necessary. You may attend the class before your interview if you would like to see first what Central is all about. You will also be invited to a luncheon with Ernie the day of the membership class. This is for you and your family.
Expectations
Each person applying to be a member is expected to participate in one of our relational groups: a Sunday School class (Connecting Point), a small group, a woman's Bible study, or a relationally oriented service ministry group. Being a part of a such a group provides spiritual support, fellowship, and a place to grow and serve in the kingdom of God.
Each person applying to be a member is expected to have been baptized since you believed. If you need to be baptized, please Call Gene Sauls at 901-255-8175 for the next baptism date. Water baptism is an outward sign of an inward cleansing, an ordinance of the New Testament ordained by Jesus Christ as a sign/symbol of the baptism of the Holy Spirit and of our faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation.
If you have a question about any of this please call Gene Sauls at 901-255-8175 or email him at
